Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The road network that connects barangays Manguiring, Balombon, Tomagodtod, Cagsao and Sibobo and passing through the Calabanga - Tinambac Road, Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national circumferential road because of its socioeconomic significance.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
