RA 10137 - An Act Converting the Rawis - Talisay Provincial Road, Province of Northern Samar into a National Road

Republic Act No. 10137

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The Rawis - Talisay Provincial Road in the Municipality of Laoang, Province of Northern Samar is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
