An Act to Name the Public Plaza of the District of Mandurriao, City of Iloilo, Serapion C. Torre Park

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The public plaza of the district of Mandurriao, City of Iloilo, shall hereafter be known as Serapion C. Torre Park.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
