Republic Act No. 10265

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in Barangay Isic-Isic, Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocos Norte to be known as Isic-Isic National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of the Department of Education shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Isic-Isic National High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
