AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF JOSE J. LEIDO JR. MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ORIENTAL MINDORO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Renaming of a National High School. – The name of Jose J. Leido Jr. Memorial National High School in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro is hereby changed to Oriental Mindoro National High School.

Section 2. Location of the Main Campus. – The main campus of the Oriental Mindoro National High School shall continue to remain in its present location in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.

Section 3. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 20, 2012 and January 28, 2013, respectively.
