Republic Act No. 10529

AN ACT NAMING THE POLICE REGIONAL OFFICE 11 AT SITIO CATITIPAN, BARANGAY COMMUNAL, BUHANGIN DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY AS CAMP QUINTIN M. MERECIDO

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Police Regional Office 11 at Sitio Catitipan, Barangay Communal, Buhangin District, Davao City is hereby named as Camp Quintin M. Merecido.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on June 6, 2011 and February 4, 2013, respectively.
