Republic Act No. 10671

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF GUBAT DISTRICT HOSPITAL TO SALVADOR R. ENCINAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN GUBAT, SORSOGON

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Change of Hospital Name. – The name of Gubat District Hospital in the Municipality of Gubat, Province of Sorsogon is hereby changed to Salvador R. Encinas District Hospital.

Section 2. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in any newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on February 10, 2014 and May 25, 2015, respectively.
