An Act Appropriating the Sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos to Carry Out the Provisions of Republic Act Numbered Seven Hundred Seventy-Eight

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of four hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury no otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred seventy-eight.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
