Republic Act No. 10814

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

June 23 of every year is hereby declared as a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the City of Bacoor to commemorate its anniversary as a City.

Section 2

For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage.

Section 3

This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
