Republic Act No. 11043

An Act Naming the Diversion Road in Sorsogon City, Province of Sorsogon as Salvador H. Escudero III Diversion Road

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The diversion road in Sorsogon City, Province of Sorsogon shall hereinafter be known as Salvador H. Escudero III Diversion Road.

Section 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
