AN ACT DECLARING JUNE 27 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF EL SALVADOR, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS CHARTER DAY ANNIVERSARY, TO BE KNOWN AS "ARAW NG EL SALVADOR"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress assembled:

Section 1. June 27 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in the City of El Salvador, Province of Misamis Oriental, in commemoration of its charter day anniversary, to be known as "Araw ng El Salvador".

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
