Republic Act No. 11173

An Act Changing the Name of Tawantawan Elementary School in Barangay Tawantawan, Baguio District, Davao City to Rosalia Aglay Ayag Elementary School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. - The name of Tawantawan Elementary School in Barangay Tawantawan, Baguio District, Davao City is hereby changed to Rosalia "Aglay" Ayag Elementary School.

Section 2. - The main campus of the Rosalia "Aglay" Ayag Elementary School shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Tawantawan, Baguio District, Davao City.

Section 3. - The act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
