Republic Act No. 11195

An Act Providing For the Establishment of a District Hospital in the Municipality of Santa Elena, Province of Camarines Norte and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. - There shall be established a district hospital in the Municipality of Santa Elena, Province of Camarines Norte to be known as the Santa Elena District Hospital.

Section 2. - The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte shall provide funding for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the Santa Elena District Hospital. The Secretary of Health shall include in the Department's subsidy program, support for the capital outlay of the said district hospital.

Section 3. - This act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which is orignated in the House of Representatives  was passed by the House of Representatives on November 28, 2017, amended by the Senate on July 24, 2018, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on November 20, 2018.
