### AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EXTENSION OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBIGON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

<span lang="en-US"></span><span lang="en-US">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:</span>

<span lang="en-US">SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Bohol District Office, an LTO Extension Office in the Municipality of Tubigon, Province of Bohol.</span><span lang="en-US"> </span>

</div> <div> <span lang="en-US"> </span> </div> <div>

<span lang="en-US">SEC. 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO Extension Office in the Municipality of Tubigon, Province of Bohol, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.</span>

<span lang="en-US">SEC. 3. The Secretary of Transportation shall issue the necessary rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the effectivity of this Act.</span><span lang="en-US"> </span>

<span lang="en-US">SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.</span>

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on August 14, 2018 and February 6, 2019, respectively.
