### AN ACT CREATING A CLASS D DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMPLONA, CAMARINES SUR

<span lang="en-US">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:</span>

SECTION 1. A regular Class "D" District Office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is hereby created to be located in the Municipality of Pamplona, Camairnes Sur.

SEC. 2. The Assistant Secretary of the LTO, in consultation with the Secretary of the Department of Transportation (DOTr), shall formulate the necessary rules and regulations to implement this Act.

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Pamplona, Camarines Sur, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
