Republic Act No. 114

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section six hundred and seventy-one, subsection (h) of the Revised Administrative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 671. Persons embraced in unclassified service.—The following officers and employees constitute the unclassified service:

"(h) All laborers whether emergency, seasonal, or permanent, irrespective of salaries."

Section 2. Effectivity of this Act

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
