Republic Act No. 11451

An Act Establishing a District Branch of the Land Transportation Office in the Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established a district branch of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon.

Section 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of a district branch of the LTO in the Municipality of Maramag, Province of Bukidnon, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
