An Act Changing the Name of Paracelis National High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Paracelis, Mountain Province to Serapio Gawan

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF PARACELIS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PARACELIS, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE TO SERAPIO GAWAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of Paracelis National High School in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Paracelis, Mountain Province is hereby changed to Serapio Gawan National High School.

Section 2. The main campus of the Serapio Gawan National High School shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Paracelis, Mountain Province.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on December 2, 2020 and September 20, 2021, respectively
