Republic Act No. 11633

AN ACT CONVERTING THE VILLA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY VILLA, MUNICIPALITY OF ESPERANZA, PROVINCE OF MASBATE INTO AN INTEGRATED SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE VILLA INTEGRATED SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Villa Elementary School in Barangay Villa, Municipality of Esperanza, Province of Masbate is hereby converted into an integrated school to be known as the Villa Integrated School.

Section 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Villa Elementary School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Villa Integrated School.

Section 3. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the Villa Integrated School, the initial funding of which shall included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. Within sixty (60) days after the approval of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall formulate and issue the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act.

Section 5. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on March 17, 2021 and September 20, 2021, respectively
