Republic Act No. 11769

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) IN THE CITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. A district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) is hereby established in the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite.

Section 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's programs the operationalization of the LTO district office in the City of General Trias, Province of Cavite, the funding of which shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

**Section 3.**This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on May 25, 2021 and January 31, 2022
