Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Act Numbered One thousand two hundred eighty

five is further amended by inserting between sections six and seven thereof, the following:

"Sec. 6-A. All provisions of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the society is exempted as of July four, nineteen hundred forty-six, from the payment of the all taxes on any receipts or income received by it from whatever source."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
