An Act Amending Sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. 10, 11, 13, 18, 22, 24, 26, and 28 of Republic Act No. 3591, as Amended, Otherwise Known as the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation Charter, and for Other Purposes

AN ACT RENAMING THE CAGAYAN DE ORO CONVENTION CENTER LOCATED AT BARANGAY INDAHAG, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY AS AQUILINO Q. PIMENTAL, JR. INTERNATIONAL CONVENTION CENTER

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Cagayan de Oro Convention Center located at Barangay Indahag. Cagayan de Oro City is hereby renamed as Aquilino Q. Pimentel. Jr. International Convention Center.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on March 22, 2021 and January 31, 2022, respectively.
