An Act Renaming the Tambacan Bridge Traversing the Iligan River Located in Barangay Tambacan, City of Iligan in the Northern Mindanao Region, as the Mariano Lluch Badelles Sr. Bridge

AN ACT RENAMING THE TAMBACAN BRIDGES TRAVERSING THE ILIGAN RIVER LOCATED IN BARANGAY TAMBACAN, CITY OF ILIGAN IN THE NORTHERN MINDANAO REGION, AS THE MARIANO LLUCH BADELLES SR. BRIDGE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Tambacan Bridge traversing the Iligan River located in Barangay Tambacan, City of Iligan in the Northern Mindanao region, is hereby renamed as the Mariano Lluch Badelles Sr. Bridge.

Section 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders, and circulars to implement the provisions of this Act within sixty (60) days from its effectivity.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on January 31, 2023 and November 6, 2023, respectively.
