AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF EASTERN BONTOC NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY LINGOY, MUNICIPALITY OF BARLIG, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE TO BARLIG NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural and vocational High School in Barangay Lingoy, Municipality of Barlig, Mountain Province is hereby changed to Barlig National Agricultural and Vocational High School.

Section 2. The main campus of Barlig National Agricultural and Vocational High School shall continue to remain in its present location in Barangay Lingoy, Municipality of Barlig, Mountain Province.

Section 3. Republic Act No. 4444, entitled "An Act to Establish a National Agricultural and Vocational High School in the Municipal District of Barlig, Mountain Province, to be Known as Eastern Bontoc National Agricultural and Vocational High Schoo, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor", is hereby amended. All other laws, orders, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which is originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate of the Philippines on August 21, 2024 and January 27, 2025, respectively.
