Republic Act No. 12185

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A DISTRICT OFFICE OF THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF UBAY, IN THE SECOND DISTRICT OF BOHOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established a district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in the Municipality of Ubay, Province of Bohol.

Section 2. The Secretary of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of the LTO District Office in the Municipality of Ubay, Province of Bohol, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

This Act, which originated in the House of Representatives, was passed by the House of Representatives on January 23, 2024, amended by the Senate of the Philippines on December 17, 2024, and which amendments were concurred in by the House of Representatives on January 21, 2025.
