Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The sum of two thousand four hundred pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred eighty-eight regarding payment of life pension to the widow of the late Commissioner Pedro Guevarra for the fiscal year 1954-1955.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
