An Act Creating an Additional Position of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Batangas, Amending for This Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Revised Administration Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The provision of section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Batangas, is further amended to read as follows:

"Batangas, four assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
