Republic Act No. 1238

An Act Creating the Barrio of New Agutaya, Municipality of Taytay, Province of Palawan

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sitio of Nasalogan in the Municipality of Taytay, Province of Palawan, is constituted into a barrio of the said municipality, to be known as the barrio of New Agutaya.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
