Republic Act No. 1310

An Act Transferring the Barrios of Basiawan, Kibulan and the Sitios of Kimatay and Kilalag in the Municipality of Malita, to the Municipality of Malalag, Province of Davao

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The barrios of Basiawan, Kibulan and the sitios of Kimatay and Kilalag in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao, are hereby transferred to the Municipality of Malalag of the same province.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
