An Act to Create the Barrios of Talisay, Linungganan, Sukailang, and Biyabid, in the Municipality of Surigao, Province of Surigao

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sitios of Talisay, Linungganan, Sukailang, and Biyabid, in the Municipality of Surigao, Province of Surigao, are hereby constituted into barrios in the same municipality, to be known as Talisay, Linungganan, Sukailang and Biyabid, respectively.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
