An Act to Create the Barrio of Bungahan in the City of Lipa

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sitios of Duhatan, Tagbakin, Initan, Malabong and Halang, all in the barrio of Pinagtungolan, City of Lipa, are separated from the said barrio, and constituted into a separate barrio in the said city to be known as the barrio of Bungahan.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
