Republic Act No. 1381

An Act Converting the Odiongan High School in the Municipality of Odiongan, Province of Romblon, into a National Agricultural School Which Shall be Known as the Odiongan National Agricultural School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The Odiongan High School in the Municipality of Odiongan, Province of Romblon, is hereby converted into a national agricultural school which shall be known as the Odiongan National Agricultural School. The said school shall be under the supervision of the Bureau of Public Schools.

Section 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the expenses of the said school during the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred and fifty-six, including the purchase or expropriation of additional land for the use of the said school, and of equipment and supplies.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
