Republic Act No. 1476

An Act Repealing Sections Two Hundred Ninety-Six, Two Hundred Ninety-Seven, Two Hundred Ninety-Eight, Two Hundred Ninety-Nine, and Three Hundred of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four Hundred Sixty-Six, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Sections two hundred ninety-six, two hundred ninety-seven, two hundred ninety-eight, two hundred ninety-nine and three hundred, Chapter Eight, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, as amended, are hereby repealed: Provided, That all fees heretofore collected under the above-named sections of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred sixty-six, as amended, shall continue to be disbursed in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

Section 2. All fees uncollected under the above-specified provisions of said Act are hereby condoned.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
