An Act Amending Appendix A, Title J, Projects J-000.30 and J-000.20 of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred Eleven

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Appendix A, Projects J-000.30 and J-000.20, of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, are hereby amended by transferring all the figures opposite Financing Method 130 from under Bacolod City to Dumaguete so that these items shall read as follows:

"J-000.30 Bacolod City—

a. Bacolod City wharf

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
