Republic Act No. 1509

AN ACT TO AMEND AND REPEAL CERTAIN IN REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN REGARDING PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

Item (38) of paragraph r. Cebu," subsection one of Title  B,  section one  of Republic  Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended as follows:

"(38) Dalaguete-Badian (N) Badian side-Construction	₱60,500.00"

Section 2

The following identified items in Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred are hereby repealed:

On page 57; Item (1) of paragraph "q. Cebu," subsection three of Title A, section one.

On page 62; Items (79), (80) and (83) of paragraph "q. Cebu," subsection three of Title A, section one.

On page 181; Item (23) of paragraph "aa. Leyte," subsection three of Title A, section one.

On page 242; Item  (47)  of paragraph "r. Cebu," subsection one, Title B, section one.

On page 342; Item p of subsection one, Title E, section one.

Section 3

Insert at the bottom of page 184, as additional items under paragraph g, section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, the following:

"68. Boljoon Barrio Roads Aid to the Municipal Road and Bridge Fund, Boljoon	₱40.000.00
"69. Santander Barrio Roads, Aid to the Municipal Road and Bridge Fund, Santander	21,000.00
"70. Samboan Barrio Roads, Aid to the Municipal Road and Bridge Fund, Samboan	40,000.00
"71. Malabuyoc Barrio Roads, Aid to the Municipal Road and Bridge Fund, Malabuyoc	40,000.00
"72. Alegria Barrio Roads, Aid to the Municipal Road and Bridge Fund, Alegria	40,000.00
"73. Oslob Barrio Roads, Aid to the Municipal Road and Bridge Fund, Oslob	37,000.00"

Section 4

Item 37 on page 183, items 43, 44, 45, 48 and 50 on page 184, all of paragraph g, section two; Project Item Nos. B-173.13 and B-177.5 on page 92-A of Appendix A; and Project Item Nos. D-175.8 and E-l75.1 on pages 386-A and 424-A, respectively, of Appendix A, Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, are repealed.

Section 5

As a consequence of the above amendments, the total for Title A, on page 207, and the total for Title B, on page 306 of section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred and the totals of paragraph a, of Title D and paragraph a of Title E of section one and the totals for paragraph g and for section two of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven are correspondingly amended.

Section 6

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
