Republic Act No. 1530

An Act to Amend Section Three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred Eleven, Otherwise Known as "The Public Works Appropriation Act of 1956"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, particularly item "as Samar," Roman Numeral II, is hereby amended so as to include the following appropriations:

"49. Minarog Barrio School Building, Montiong—Construction and Improvement	4,000.00
"50. Mualbual Barrio School Building, Zumarraga —Repair, improvement and reconstruction	4,000.00
"51. Malakining Barrio School Building, Talalora—Repair, improvement and reconstruction	4,000.00
"52. Loquilocon Barrio School Building, Wright—Construction and improvement	4,000.00
"53. Paco Barrio School Building, Wright—Construction and improvement	4,000.00
"54. Lamingao Barrio School Building, San Sebastian—Construction and improvement	3,400.00
"55. Dolores Barrio School Building, San Sebastian—Construction and improvement	3,400.00
"56. Maylobe Barrio School Building, Motiong—Construction and improvement	4,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon it approval.
