Republic Act No. 1625

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Project Item No. "D

351.1, Silay Water works", on pages four hundred four-A and four hundred five-A of Appendix A of  Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven, is amended as follows:

Under the column "Total estimated cost", change the figure "one hundred seventy" to "twenty five";

Under the column "Total for five years", change the figure "one hundred fifty" to "five"; Under the column "nineteen hundred fifty-six to fifty-seven", change the figure "one hundred fifty" to "five";

Under the column "Remarks", delete all and in lieu thereof put "Purchase and installation of engine for pumps".

Section 2

Under paragraph g, section two of the same Act, ”Negros Occidental", add the following items  after "item Numbered  fifty-five (a):

"55	(b)	Municipal Building, Silay	.........................	₱35,000"
"55	(c)	Medical Center and Maternity and Children's Hospital Building, Silay	.........................	₱90,000"
"55	(d)	Rizal Civic and Cultural Center including purchase of equipment, Silay	.........................	₱10,000"
"55	(e)	Public Market Building, Sitio Hawaiian, Silay	.........................	₱10,000"

Section 3

As a consequence of the above amendments, the total for paragraph "a", Title D of section one, and the total for paragraph "g" of section two of Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven are correspondingly adjusted.

Section 4. Item twelve, page four hundred seventy

three under sub-paragraph "z. Lanao" of section three of Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven is hereby amended to read as follows:

"12.	Bacolod Grande Primary School Building, Bacolod—Construction	₱5,000,00"

Section 5

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
