An Act Changing the Name of the Barrio School of Capoocan in the City of Calbayog, to "Tiburcio Tancinco Memorial School"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The barrio school of Capoocan in the City of Calbayog, shall hereafter be known as "Tiburcio Tancinco Memorial School," in honor of the late Tiburcio Tancinco, who was a Representative from the first district of the Province of Samar and later Judge of the Court of First Instance.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
