Republic Act No. 1708

An Act Amending Certain Items of Republic Act Numbered Twelve Hundred

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Items (3) and (28), sub-paragraph q, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows:

"(3) Repair and improvement of Central School and Home Economics Buildings, Ginatilan	₱10,000.00"
"(28) Construction of one additional room, Oslob Elementary School Building, Oslob	₱5,000.00"

Section 2. Item (13), sub-paragraph q, paragraph four, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby repealed.

Section 3. Insert as item (98), sub-paragraph q, paragraph three, title A, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, the following:

"(98) Construction of an additional room, Nueva Caceres Barrio School Building, Oslob	₱4,000.00"

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
