Republic Act No. 1754

An Act Amending Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered One Thousand Six Hundred Thirteen, Entitled "An Act Appropriating Funds for Public Works"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item sixteen, Appendix B, School Buildings, page seventy-B, for the Province of Negros Oriental, second congressional district, of Republic Act Numbered One thousand six hundred thirteen is hereby amended to read as follows:

"16. Siquijor - Cang-alwang—Aid to PTA for reconstruction and construction	₱5,000.00
"16(a) Siquijor - Poblacion—Repairs and fencing of the Siquijor Central Primary School	2,000.00
"16(b) Siquijor - Cantabon—Aid to PTA school building	1,000.00
"16(c) Siquijor - Panlautan—Aid to PTA school building	1,000.00
"16(d) Siquijor - Pulangyuta—For fencing and ground improvement, Siquijor Elementary school	1,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
