An Act Amending a Certain Item in Republic Act Numbered Twelve Hundred

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item (36) under q. Cebu, title A, section two of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred is amended to read as follows:

"(36) Construction of a permanent 2-room Academic Building, Plan No. 1-4, San Fernando	₱12,800.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
