An Act to Amend Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered Fourteen Hundred Eleven

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven is hereby amended in the following particulars:

1. Item (b), paragraph twenty-five, Laguna I, subsection f, section two, is amended to read as follows:

"(b) Linga Barrio School, Calamba Construction	₱2,500.00"

2. Item 12, subsection y, Laguna I, section three, is amended to read as follows:

"12. Sala Barrio School Building, Cabuyao Construction	3,500.00"

3. On page 170-A, Appendix A, Item B-362.16, the words under column "Name and Location of Project," shall read as follows:

"B-362.16—Dumaguete South Road-widening at Lacob-lacob Point, Santa Catalina"

Section 2. If any item of appropriation amended by this Act has already been partially expended, the amendment to said item shall refer only to the unexpended balance thereof.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
