An Act Appropriating the Sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos as a Grant to Mrs. Luz B. Magsaysay

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as a grant to Mrs. Luz B. Magsaysay, widow of the late President Ramon Magsaysay. This amount shall be tax exempt.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
