Republic Act No. 1873

An Act Converting the Dingle Regional High School in the Province of Iloilo into an Agricultural-Industrial School, to be Known as the Dingle Agricultural-Industrial School

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The Dingle Regional High School in the Province of Iloilo is hereby converted into an agricultural-industrial school, to be known as the Dingle Agricultural-Industrial School.

Section 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated for the operation, maintenance, acquisition of school site and construction of the school building and/or purchase of equipment not later than June nineteen hundred fifty-seven. The sum needed for succeeding years for the operation and maintenance of the said school shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
