An Act Fixing the Compensation of the Officials of the City of Manila

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The provision of the Revised Charter of the City of Manila, as amended, to the contrary notwithstanding, officials of the said city shall receive the following annual compensation:

Mayor₱15,000.00
Vice-Mayor13,000.00
Councilors10,000.00
City Engineer12,000.00
City Treasurer12,000.00
Chief of Police12,000.00
Chief, Fire Department12,000.00
City Assessor12,000.00
City Health Officer12,000.00
City Public Service Officer12,000.00
City Auditor12,000.00

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
