Republic Act No. 1940

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Project Item No. "132.50, Tigaon

Tapoc Road, Tigaon" on pages seventy-two A and seventy-three A of Appendix A of Republic Act Numbered one thousand four hundred eleven is amended as follows:

Under the column "nineteen hundred fifty-five and nineteen hundred and fifty-six," delete the figure ten.

Section 2

Paragraph g, section two of the same Act, is amended by inserting on page one hundred seventy-six as additional items for sub-paragraph "Camarines Sur" the following:

"61-A Aid to the municipality in the improvement and/or repair of poblacion—Hoyonhoyon road, Tigaon	₱6,000.00"
"61-B Aid to the municipality in the construction, repair and/or improvement of road from poblacion to cemetery, Goa	2,000.00"
"67 Aid to the municipality in the construction of a poultry building, Goa Elementary School (Central), Goa	2,000.00"

Section 3

As a consequence of the above amendments, the total for Paragraph "a" Title B of section one, and the total for—Paragraph "g" of section two of Republic Act Numbered One thousand four hundred eleven are correspondingly adjusted.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
