Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Republic Act Numbered Six hundred forty
eight is amended by inserting between sections four and five thereof the following new section:
Sec. 4-A. The Subprovince of Aurora shall constitute a separate, independent and regular engineering district, to which a district engineer shall be assigned in accordance with law.
Section 2
Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
