An Act Constituting the Subprovince of Aurora into a Separate, Independent and Regular Engineering District, Amending for the Purpose Republic Act Numbered Six Hundred Forty-Eight

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Republic Act Numbered Six hundred forty-eight is amended by inserting between sections four and five thereof the following new section:

Sec. 4-A. The Subprovince of Aurora shall constitute a separate, independent and regular engineering district, to which a district engineer shall be assigned in accordance with law.

Section 2. Such sum as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
