An Act Appropriating One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos for the Maintenance, Fuel, Repair and Replacement or Rural Health Jeeps and Other Vehicles

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of one hundred eight thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the maintenance, fuel, repair and replacement of rural health jeeps and other vehicles of the rural health personnel: Provided, However, That not more than three hundred pesos per annum shall be spent for the maintenance and repair of each vehicle herein mentioned.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
