Republic Act No. 2039

An Act Transferring the Seat of Government of the Municipality of Kayan, Mountain Province, from its Present Site to the Site of the Barrio of Tadian in the Same Municipality

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The seat of government of the Municipality of Kayan, Mountain Province, is transferred to the site of the barrio of Tadian in the same municipality.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
