An Act Changing the Name of the Municipality of Asia, Province of Occidental Negros, to Municipality of Hinoba-An

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Municipality of Asia, Province of Occidental Negros, is changed to Municipality of Hinoba-an, and its seat of government shall be, as it is now, the site of the present barrio of Hinoba-an.

Section 2. Executive Order Numbered One hundred eighty-six, series of 1948, is amended accordingly.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
